War Impacts On Iraq

HumanitiesThis is a keynote presentation that we have done in Humanities class.
Reflection

I think I did not really well in this water issue presentation, because and I felt more nervous when Mr. Rick was recording. I mumbled a lot and it wasn’t really clear to understand the word that I said. I had a good body posture that is upright most of the time, but I didn’t really have long eye contact with audience, but I still had eye contact with them. I think I showed some engagement with the audience by communicating interactively, but not really much. I dressed professionally with collared shirt, long black pants, and with proper shoes. I think I could improve with speaking clearly next time when I do my next project with is monologue. I should practice more speaking loudly and clearly.

Information Report About Refugee.

Refugees usually leave their home country because of war or famine and they try to find a safer life in a new country. During times of war bombs can destroy their houses and they lose their houses. It is dangerous for them to stay in their home countries. Refugees usually go to the US, UK, and Australia, because these countries are developed nations and they have good facilities to support refugees as they start their new life. Refugees usually come from countries such as Sudan, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Cambodia. These countries usually have a history of a internal wars and they don’t have enough food for all the people to eat in their country. Therefore many thousands of refugees leave their home country with no resources, and seek safety in new countries.

Many people move to the other country, there are reasons for everything. They move to the other country is because of war. During the war bomb destroy their houses. Bombs can also destroy well and it also ruin the farm, which mean they don’t have food to eat and no water to drink. So most of the people that who lose their houses, they try to go to other country to live a better life.

Most of the refugees usually go to the US, UK, and Australia. There are some reasons that refugees go to these countries. The reason is because these countries are developed countries. They can get jobs more easily and earn money to live and feed their family. There are good facilities that support refugees as well, such as public toilet, markets, and transportations that are not usually in Sudan, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan and Cambodia.

Refugees usually come from countries like Sudan, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Cambodia, because they aren’t developed yet. There are lots of histories of wars and there are not much food resources to eat. The wars destroyed they’re houses and they don’t have place to live, so they move to the other countries to live a better life.

My Reflection On Story Writing

This is my reflection about the traditional story. First, we needed to find a traditional story of our own country. I chose a Korean traditional story because I am Korean. It wasn’t really hard to find the traditional story because we used the Internet to find it. My traditional story was called “Dan Goon Shin Hwa”. After we find our story we read through the story and make it into our own word and summarized the important part. We did that on Word document. When we done our summarizing about our traditional story Mrs. Dianne help us to edit it such as like grammar and spelling errors. Second, when we had finished summarizing the story we printed it in landscape on A3 paper. We pasted it on pieces of cardboard and start to draw pictures.

The drawing part was quite hard because I am not really good at drawing, for that reason I tried my best to produce better pictures. When the hard drawing part had done we started to color it, the coloring part was easier than drawing because it was simple. When we finished our summarizing and drawing part, we started to practice in classroom in loud and clear voice and good eye contact. Finally we went to Grade 1 classroom and told them our traditional story. I think they have enjoyed because all of them was looking and listen to our story very well.

· Find traditional story

· Read through and summarize important part on word document

· Edited by Mrs .Dianne such as like grammar and spelling errors.

· Print in landscape A3 paper.

· Paste it on pieces of cardboard.

· Start to draw/After drawing start to color the pictures.

· Practice in classroom in loud and clear voice and good eye contact.

· Finally went to grade 1 classroom and retell to them. They have enjoyed our story.
